All was fairly clean, I greatly enjoyed superb food and drinks. The restaurant was great for food here, I had hot dishes. The hotel was in the centre of Grasmere. The place was an easy walk to the heart of Grasmere.

Second to none place to stay with healthy breakfast and genuinely helpful staff. The room was air-conditioned and well-appointed, and I slept very well. Also, I loved how impressive the location was. The bus stop was 100 metres away.

Lovely beds, IMPRESSIVE location, clean. The stuff where eager to help in all our needs, competent team. Our deluxe queen room was pet friendly, extremely pleasant. Original hotel with exquisite service.

Signal was very weak; quite poor breakfast.

We greatly enjoyed amenities and staff here. Awesome hotel right by Grasmere. We spent evenings at Tweedies Bar, situated 400 metres from the venue. Fine base for 2 nights.

we went to dove bistro for dinner, it was only 300 metres away and we were satisfied. we had no problems with free wifi. located within a walk to grasmere, which is about 700 metres away. decent place for a weekend in grasmere.
